In qualità di partner dell’Impresa Sociale “Il Nodo Group”, Psifia è lieta di presentare la Group Relations Conference “ALI 2022. AUTORITA’ LEADERSHIP E INNOVAZIONE”, che si terrà dall’8 all’11 settembre a Terrasini (PA).
La Conference è un’organizzazione temporanea finalizzata all’esplorazione e all’apprendimento dall’esperienza dei processi consci e inconsci delle dinamiche di gruppo che si manifestano nel “qui e ora”, quando autorità, leadership e followership vengono esercitate. Il proposito è di generare nuovi pensieri e apprendimento, di riesaminare le nostre conoscenze e valori, avendo l’opportunità di sperimentarsi in ruoli molteplici e differenti. Si forniscono così elementi utili per un cambiamento reale e sostenibile dell’interpretazione dei vari ruoli che si ricoprono nella propria organizzazione di appartenenza, nella vita ed in particolare quelli che richiedono l’esercizio dell’autorità e della leadership. L’organizzazione della Conference e le attività proposte ai partecipanti consentono un apprendimento di tipo “esperienziale” basato sull’esperienza dal vivo dei processi gruppali e organizzativi, stimolando le capacità di auto-riflessione e incoraggiando uno spirito di ricerca.
Sono previsti 35- 40 crediti formativi.
